| League: The M.D.F.A conducts league for A, B and C division every year at M.D.F.A grounds at Doddakere maidan grounds. |

League Rules: |
| 1. The team securing the highest number of points shall be placed at the top of league table. The team with the next highest points shall be placed second and so on in each division. |
| 2. In case, two or more teams having equal number of points, irrespective of the position of the league table, the places shall be decided by play Off match / matches for the respective position in the league table. In case the match ends in a draw no extra time will be given. The Tie Breaker rule will be applied. |
| 3. Each team in A and B league shall play every other team once. The two teams placed at the bottom of the league table of 'A' Division shall be relegated to 'C' Division for the following year. |
