A View

Ball-Badminton is a rural sport which is popular in our country and has been introduced in the Asian Level. Karnataka has been a force to reckon with in the National level in the men's and women's, boys and girls section. Players from Mysore District and Chamarajanagar have gone on to represent the state and country. Players like Srinivasa Raje Urs, Dhruva, Lokesh, Srinivas, Mahadev have represented the country and state respectively in the men's section. In the women's section Supriya,Rohini, Suma, have represented the state in the national level.  Mysore University Ball-Badminton team in the men's and women's section has been performing well in the All-India Inter-University level.

The Mysore District Ball-Badminton Association has been promoting the sport and has been conducting regular activities for improving the game in the District.
